Grilled Muffuletta Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
2 packages refrigerated pizza dough
1 package sliced provolone cheese
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C shredded monterey jack cheese
2 C olive tampanade spread
18 slices Genoa salami
18 slices deli ham
1/2 C olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme
salt & pepper
2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
Preheat grill to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, oregano, basil, thyme, and a little salt and pepper. Set aside.
Roll out dough onto floured surface or parchment paper to form 2 flat rectangles.
Spread olive tampanade evenly to cover dough.
On top of tampanade, layer provolone cheese slices, then salami, then ham, and end with shredded cheeses.
Carefully roll dough and filling up into a log shape. Seal dough seam by pressing with fingers to close.
Slice each log into about 2 inch rolls. Should make about 12 total.
Place rolls on greased cookie sheet and brush with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet in grill for about 30 minutes or until dough is cooked and light golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm! Mmmmmmm can’t get enough!
