Montana Max BBQ  Competition food sport team began in 2018.  Starting out in the backyard division of KCBS competition, Montana Max BBQ quickly gained a foothold in the competition cooking world.  Montana Max BBQ quickly moved into the Pro division that same year in KCBS and began to expand our competition cooking beyond barbecue.  Currently the team competes in KCBS competition BBQ, the Steak Cookoff Association, Culinary Fight Club, and World Food Championships.  The team is comprised of Montana Max and his partner in life and food Kansas City Jen.
